Our Commitment to Quality

At FATCAT, every dish is made from scratch. We believe in the power of fresh, local ingredients — which is why we partner with San Vicente farmers and local Palawan suppliers to bring you the finest seasonal produce. Our sourdough is fermented for a minimum of 48 hours, our hollandaise is house-made daily, and every pasta is rolled and cut by hand in our kitchen.

We proudly offer extensive vegetarian and vegan options, and all our coffee drinks are available with plant-based milk alternatives. If you have specific dietary needs or allergies, please let our team know — we're always happy to accommodate.
